We are seeking SAP Success Factor Consultant to join our team. As a Success Factor Consultant in Apodaca offices, where you will be instrumental giving support and optimizing, implementations for Succes Factor solutions to US Client.
Requisitos
B.S Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
7 Years of experience as a SAP Success Factor Consultant
Work experience in SAP Success factor with at least 2 implementations
Knowledge and experienced operating HR modules: (Payroll Time Sheets, Recruitment, HR Transactions, Position Management, Time off, Learning and development, Compensation, Integration, etc)
SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP SuccessFactors
Experience working with multiple projects is a plus
Advanced english level C1
Responsabilidades
Access and security management: assign roles, permissions, and reset passwords.
User support: handle incidents, activate email notifications, and send individual notices.
System maintenance: monitor execution processes, restart accounts, and ensure service continuity.
Content management: update announcements on the main page and keep information up to date.
Report generation: prepare support and audit reports for the HR department.
