SAP PP Consultant – KMX Support

We are looking for an experienced SAP PP Consultant to support and enhance manufacturing operations within a high-volume production environment. This position will provide SAP PP functional support, analyze incidents, gather business requirements, design solutions and participate in system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives. Technical Skills SAP PP – Production Planning Master Data: BOM, Routings, Work Centers and Production Versions Demand Management and MRP Capacity Planning Production Orders Production Execution and Shop Floor Control Repetitive Manufacturing Product Costing Integration with SAP MM, WM/EWM, QM, PM and FI/CO SAP interfaces and manufacturing integration

Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP PP experience. Recent experience working as an SAP PP Consultant during the last five years. Experience in SAP implementations, rollouts, support or enhancement projects. Advanced English proficiency: C1–C2. Availability to work 100% on-site. Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Computer Science or a related field. Experience supporting manufacturing or high-volume production environments. Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling and manufacturing processes.

Provide functional support and troubleshooting for SAP PP users. Monitor SAP PP interfaces, jobs, transactions and system performance. Analyze incidents and identify root causes. Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions. Prepare functional specifications and process documentation. Collaborate with technical and cross-functional SAP teams. Participate in SIT, UAT, deployments and production support. Support SAP enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives. Provide user training and knowledge transfer. Communicate issues, risks and project status to business and technical stakeholders.
