Profile focus We need experienced Product Managers who are passionate about building cross鈥憄latform customer experiences (retail + digital), ideally with strong e鈥慶ommerce and mobile background. Target people who have worked closely with marketing, store/retail operations, technology, and 3rd鈥憄arty partners to design and launch customer-facing products.

Requisitos

Must鈥慼ave background 3+ years in consumer digital product management (commerce, content, community, personalization). Hands-on experience with e鈥慶ommerce and/or subscription models. Proven track-record managing a product across its full lifecycle. Solid technical background and experience working with software development and web technologies. Strong experience in agile product development and related tools (Jira, etc.). Experience working with mobile applications. Nice to have Retail industry experience. Strong exposure to digital analytics, customer research, experimentation (A/B, multivariate).

Responsabilidades

Core responsibilities Own cross鈥憄latform customer experiences (web, mobile web, apps, retail touchpoints). Work in an agile environment to define requirements and create user stories for technology teams. Document customer, business, and functional requirements; write use cases, personas, measurement plans, and A/B testing plans. Participate in wireframes, user flows, and overall UX requirements; manage UAT and sprint demos. Partner with engineering and cross鈥慺unctional teams to deliver features quickly and with optimal resources. Drive product launches and act as a product evangelist.
