Senior IT Project Manager

We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to coordinate the planning, governance and execution of a technology integration program in Costa Rica. The successful candidate will manage the Integration Master Plan and coordinate multiple technology workstreams, providing clear visibility into milestones, dependencies, critical path, risks, issues, decisions, changes and overall progress. This role will work closely with global, regional and local teams, as well as external vendors, to maintain alignment and ensure program commitments are delivered on time. The position does not include direct people management. However, it requires strong coordination, stakeholder management and influencing skills to drive actions and accountability across multidisciplinary teams.

Five to eight years of experience in technology project management, PMO governance or transformation programs. Experience coordinating projects involving multiple teams, dependencies and vendors. Experience managing project plans, risks, issues, decisions and changes. General knowledge of infrastructure, security and Digital Workplace environments. Advanced English is required. Ability to collaborate with global and regional teams. DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS Experience supporting M&A integrations or multinational programs. PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, SAFe or equivalent certification. ITIL knowledge or certification. Experience using Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Azure DevOps, Power BI or similar tools.

Develop and maintain the Integration Master Plan. Manage milestones, dependencies, deliverables and the critical path. Coordinate infrastructure, security and Digital Workplace workstreams. Own and maintain the RAID, decision and change logs. Identify and monitor risks, issues, dependencies and roadblocks. Prepare weekly status reports, dashboards, KPIs and executive presentations. Facilitate governance and progress meetings. Track actions, owners and target completion dates. Coordinate global, regional and local teams, as well as external vendors. Escalate matters that could affect program objectives or delivery dates.
